[Vtr-tac] Request for ListServ RTS “Blue Screen”

RTS workstations appear to be down by displaying a “Blue Screen”. When
this occurs please reboot the workstation. The workstation should
perform as normal.  The statewide ticket opened for this problem is
#R556069.  The problem is being investigated by our technical
