This information is provided for IVTRS-participating counties.
The transition of TexasOnline registration renewals to NIC’s
Transaction Processing Engine (TPE) and Electronic Clearing House, Inc.
(ECHO) (utilized to process credit card payments) will be complete on
Sunday, June 27th.  
The necessary paperwork from all of the IVTRS counties has been
received and training has been completed. We appreciate each of you for
your diligence in making this transition as smooth as possible.

On Monday, June 28th, counties participating in IVTRS will begin
receiving their new “Vendor Payment Report,” now named “Net Revenue
Detail” report.  This is two days earlier than we previously notified
you, however we just received notification of the earlier date.
Credit card totals that were at the end of the “Vendor Payment Report”
will appear on a separate report called the “Batch Summary Report.”
The “Net Revenue Detail” report will include internet renewal payments
and refunds processed from 2:00 a.m. on the previous day to 1:59 a.m.
CST on the current day, and will be e-mailed to you around 6:00 a.m.
each day.  You will receive the first “Net Revenue Detail” report via
e-mail on Monday morning, June 28th, for internet renewal transactions
from 2:00 a.m. Sunday to 1:59 a.m. Monday.
The “Batch Summary Report” includes totals by credit card type for all
internet renewal transactions that are ready for bank deposit.  The
“Batch Summary Report” will run overnight and will be delivered by
e-mail for transactions two days earlier.  For example, the “Batch
Summary Report” for internet renewal transactions from 2:00 am Sunday,
June 27th, to 1:59 am Monday, June 28th, should arrive by email on the
morning of Tuesday, June 29th, and deposited into your county bank
account on June 29th.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card transactions will now be one
deposit total, and appear as an ECHO deposit on your county bank
statement. American Express will remain a separate deposit to your
county bank account.
We realize that you may have questions or experience problems with
accessing your reports.  Our Help Desk employees have been advised of
this situation and are prepared to help you in any way they can.  If you
do not receive these reports via e-mail, or if you have any other
