[Vtr-tac] Corrected One-Trip Permits Available
Electronic Distribution of VTR Information to Texas Counties

Please review and distribute as appropriate.
This is to advise of a printing error on One-Trip Permits with a
revision date of 11/2009 (date is in the upper right-hand corner).
The following information is missing on the permit:
· The origination point (“FROM:”)
· The destination point (“TO:”)
· A note that the permit is: “Valid 15 Days One Way Only. Load
Prohibited on Commercial Vehicle.”
One-Trip Permits with the corrected information have been reprinted and
are now available for order.
If your office previously received any misprinted permits with a
revision date of 11/2009, we ask that you reorder new stock at your
Upon receipt of the corrected permits, remove the misprinted permits
from inventory and set aside for pickup by a regional office
representative as they are an accountable item.
You may continue to use your current inventory until your office
receives a new shipment. The permit receipt that is printed at the time
the One-Trip Permit is issued will reflect the missing information. This
receipt must be carried in the vehicle at all times, and is needed to
validate the One-Trip Permit.
You will be notified by your Vehicle Titles and Registration Division
(VTR) Regional Office regarding pickup of the old inventory within 4-6
