[Vtr-tac] Stolen Colorado Certificates of Title

Please review and distribute as appropriate.  
  
On November 11, 2009, 209 blank Colorado Certificates of Title were stolen from the Moffat County Motor Vehicle Office in Colorado.

The control numbers of the stolen documents are:

Certificates of Title:
H5891020 - H5891229

The stolen Colorado Certificates of Title listed above may not be used as proof of ownership.  The title documents should be considered fraudulent if presented for any purpose, and constitute possession of stolen property.

If you come in contact with any individuals in possession of one of these documents, or have information regarding these stolen documents, please contact your local law enforcement agency or the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles at (512) 465-7611.
