Please review and distribute as appropriate.
Disabled Person Parking Placards confiscated by law enforcement officers must be returned to the department*s Vehicle Titles and Registration Division within five days of seizure.
Texas Administrative Code rules require law enforcement to return a seized parking placard, along with a copy of the issued citation, and a brief summary of why law enforcement issued the citation.
Officers must submit the required items to this address:
